    This is the last will and testament of me, Bennett Nelson, of Halifax, in the county of Halifax, Carpenter, made this 26th day of April A.D. 1933. 1. I hereby revoke and make void all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made. 2. I hereby appoint my Wife, Margaret Nelson, and my son-in-law Duncan Alexander Henderson, both of Halifax, Executrix and Executor of this last Will. 3. I direct that all my estate and testamentary expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be convenient. 4. I give, devise, and bequeath all my estate real and personal, of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wheresoever situated, unto my Wife, to have and to hold for her sole and separate use and to dispose of in whatsoever manner she may see fit. For early ancestors, official records may not be available and if other information exists in multiple sources, can be entered in database. 5. Living people are entered into the database but will not be visible to the public for privacy reasons. 6. This is a dynamic database, that is, as new information is found or confirmed, the database will be updated.
